Agreement

By using Callwell, you agree to these terms. If you're using Callwell on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

Service description

Callwell provides real-time coaching and analysis for sales calls. The service includes a desktop application for call capture and guidance, plus a web dashboard for call review and account management.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have consent from all parties to record and transcribe calls where required by law
  • You're responsible for how you use the insights and suggestions provided
  • You must keep your account credentials secure
  • You may not use the service for any illegal purpose

Recording consent

Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording a conversation. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and obtaining necessary consent before using Callwell to capture and transcribe calls.

Payment and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan selection.

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are charged unless you cancel.

You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 30 days of purchase.

Data and privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We use it only to provide and improve the service.

Intellectual property

Callwell and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Callwell and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

Callwell provides guidance suggestions, not guarantees. We're not liable for any business decisions you make based on the service, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
