Download and install
Open the .dmg file and drag Callwell to your Applications folder.

Grant permissions
Allow microphone and screen recording access when prompted. This enables Callwell to capture call audio.

Sign in
Use your Callwell account credentials or create a new account. You can also generate an API key from the dashboard.

Start your first call
Choose a call type, pick your goal, and hit Start. That's it — you're ready.
Your privacy matters
Audio is processed locally on your machine. Only transcripts and summaries are sent to the cloud, and you control how long they're retained. Learn more
